The Law Of Attraction // Creating Your Ideal Life

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE LAW OF ATTRACTION?
Simply put, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. It is believed that regardless of age, nationality or spirituality, we are all susceptible to the laws which govern the Universe – The Law of Attraction. It is the Law of Attraction which uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality. In basic terms, all thoughts turn into things eventually. If you focus on negative doom and gloom you will remain under that cloud. If you focus on positive thoughts, and have goals that you aim to achieve you will find a way to achieve them with massive action.
This is why the universe is such an infinitely beautiful place, as the Law of Attraction dictates that whatever can be imagined and held in the mind’s eye is achievable if you take action on a plan to get to where you want to be.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
As mentioned above, the most important thing you can take away from this blog post is that ourthoughts become things. So simply said, if you use your time and energy to create positive, happy, beneficial and healing thoughts, you'll bring about positive, healthy and healing things into your life.
On the other end of the spectrum however, negative or unhealthy thoughts do in fact bring about negative things into our life. Thinking things such as, "I don't want this to happen..." or, "This will not happen..." or, "I hate when this happens..." is not something that will attract positivity into your life. By thinking about these things, even if it is only for a brief moment during a time of frustration or sadness, you are actually attracting these bad circumstances to you in your life. Regardless of if you're meaning to or not.
One major key (DJ Khaled joke fully intended) to remember when it comes to the law of attraction (LOA) is that the universe sees what you are thinking about, not wether or not you desire it, or even want to be thinking about that thing. Furthermore, the universe is constantly working to give you whatever it is you're thinking about.
Before we can begin to manifest all we ever desire into our lives through our thought process, we must acknowledge that our thoughts cause our feelings. Applying the LOA to your life will be challenging and unsuccessful if you do not work towards manipulating your negative feelings into positive feelings.
If you're feeling positive emotions like gratitude, passion, hope, satisfaction, love and joy, then your frequency will give off positive thoughts and high vibrancy energy and positive things will happen to you. However, allowing negative emotions to consume your train of thought, such as anger, guilt, regret, fear, resentment, depression, hate and revenge, will correlate to negative energy and negative thought, resulting in negative outcomes.
HOW TO GET STARTED
First, know that any desire you may have, no matter how unrealistic or irrational it may be, it can be manifested in your reality. You may desire good health, wealth, a new home, a dream vacation with loved ones, an intimate relationship, weight loss, a promotion at your work, financial stability, or even a healthy pregnancy.
If what you desire is something tangible like a new car, then you have to feel as if you already have that new car. Not wishing you owned the car or hoping that someday you will eventually own the car, but actually feeling as if you already own that vehicle, even if you do not own it. You have to continue thinking and feeling this way all the time. Take a few moments every day to close your eyes and visualize opening the door to your garage and seeing the car parked inside, hearing the noises made by the car when it is unlocked or turned on. Physically grip your finger's around this car's steering wheel and note how the (hopefully synthetic leather) feels beneath your fingers. The more detailed your vision, the better! If there's that person you are attracted to, see yourself speaking with them, dating them, or even being intimate with that person. You have to commit to the feeling of already having that person in your life. If you do not commit to it, then it will be a waste of time and you'll only continue to be "wishing" for these scenarios rather than attracting them into your own reality.
2. BE VOCAL
Begin to talk about what you are manifesting with others and enroll them in your dream. Begin to speak with others as if what you want is already coming to you, or is already part of your experience.
During this stage it is important to remember "I am..." is a powerful creative statement. I say this because these two simple words act as a declaration. This will help begin the process of creating. Be sure whatever follows "I am..." is what you want in the now. For example,
"I am financially stable and able to support my family and friends."
"I am healthy and strong. I feel full of energy and wellness always."
"I am able to work from home and travel on incredible holidays whenever I please."
Be conscious to make your statements concise and precise. Do not add all the reasons why you cannot have it. Remember, the universe sees what you are thinking about, not wether or not you desire it.
3. BEGIN A GRATITUDE JOURNAL
Take five or ten minutes each and every day to physically write down what you are grateful for. But here's the twist, not only should you include things that you are grateful for currently, but also include what you will be appreciative of in the future. For example, if you are working towards manifesting a new home or spouse, write down in your journal "Today I am grateful for my beautiful new home which provides me with warmth and security." Or "Today I am grateful for a loving partner who supports and appreciates me." Jot down five of each in a journal every single day consistently for a few months and prepare to be rewarded by the higher powers of the universe.
4. TAKE ACTION
If you want a new job, one that is more more fulfilling or better paying, you must realize that solely thinking about and talking about this new job will not get you there. You must take action that tells the Universe that you want this particular job. Begin actively looking for this job each week. Make new business contacts. Do research online and look at the physical numbers of how much salary you will be taking home with you when this new job begins. Talk about what you want in a job with others around you. Tell your friends and family what you are doing. By doing all of this consecutively for an ongoing period of time you are supporting your desires with action.
Be sure about what you want and when you do decide don't doubt yourself. Know exactly what it is that you want. If you're not clear/sure, the Universe will get an unclear frequency and will send you unwanted results. So be sure it is something you have strong enthusiasm for.
5. BUILD A VISION BOARD
Cliche sounding, I know. But by taking time to print/collect/cut photographs, visuals and quotes/mantras that you want to a part of your life, you're creating opportunities for yourself to visualize without even having to try. If you want to own a private home in the mountains, take a trip to Bali, perfect that yoga pose you've been working on or even attract thousands of dollars into your life, you'll be able to do this more swiftly by having visuals around your home and work space. Creating a vision board with physical photographs/images will help keep you focused on achieving and attracting your goals. Your mind may have wandered for a few hours if you've been having an off day, but something as simple as walking past your bedroom and seeing the board you have created brings your mind and energy right back to positive, proactive thinking. I recommend hanging your vision board on a wall directly across (or above) your bed, or on a mirror in your closet or bathroom. The more you see it, the better! Let these images be the first thing your eye's focus on when you wake upin the morning.
6. ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT
Make your request. Send a picture of what you want to the Universe. The Universe will answer. See this thing as already yours.
MANIFESTATION OF WHAT YOU WANT COMES MUCH EASIER WHEN YOU ARE ADAMANT AND STAND BY YOUR WORDS.
YOU MUST DOWHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO.
YOU MUST SHOW THE UNIVERSE THAT YOU ARE POWERFUL BY BEING WHAT YOU SAY YOU WANT TO BE.
