HEALTH + DETOX PRODUCTS I LOVE
Full disclosure I'm not much of a supplement person. I've moved past that phase in my life. There's no reason for it, really. My everyday meals are my daily supplements, vitamins and minerals. Mother Nature intended that my whole foods, plant based vegan diet provides me with everything I could ever need. However, I am a traveler. And a camper. And a taster or exotic foods. And I know our earth, air, water and soil has been devastated and destructed. I do fall ill (very rarely) and I do occasionally recognize signs and symptoms of poor immunity or weakness in my body. That's when these products come in handy. Before we dive in, I want to share with you that I am very particular of what I put into my body. And even more so what I promote online. Some of these brands you may recognize, some you may not, but I can assure that I have personally been purchasing from these same exact companies for years now and am very satisfied with the level of quality and freshness after all this time. You'll see listed "My Personal Favorites" below which are supplements I am more than likely to take 5x a week. I (usually) always supplement daily with ...
Premier Research Lab's Max B-ND
Sunfood or Nutrex Hawaiian Spirulina
Premier Research Lab D3 Serum ( ESPECIALLY IF I'M NOT HOME IN HAWAII)
Bragg's Apple Cider VineGar
Daily Green Boost Powder
Organic Chia/Hemp/Ground Flax Seeds
MY GO-TO FAVORITE HEALTH PRODUCTS

True health cannot be purchased. Do you research before investing in supplements. Companies promoting "1 pill/scoop/capsule contains X servings of fresh fruits or vegetables" or "100% Bio-Available vitamins and minerals" has always made me feel uncomfortable. Personally, I'd rather get my fresh vegetables in with a small green juice or a simple salad. As for bio-availability, there is so much that goes into proper absorption of minerals and nutrients in our bodies - such as light, heat, vibration and cell wall permeation. Other factors such as drinking water, are always important to consider for mineral absorption. If you're swallowing expensive "high quality" supplements with tap water (often filled with fluoride, bacteria, chlorine and rust) or bottled water (which I like to call "dead water") that has been sitting on a shelf for months to years on end, (filled with artificial enhancers, salt, chloride and BPA) is the product really helping your body as much as clean food and drinking water could?
