I received my training as a Holistic Health Coach Practitioner from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program based out of New York City. During the twelve months of my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories studied around the world. Aside from my schooling at IIN, I have spent the last 6 years of my life diving deeply into the world of holistic nutrition, wellness, physical and mental healing. I have traveled far and wide for this passion. I have studied Ayurvedic medicine in Indonesia, yoga healing in Bali, Quantum Reflex medicine in New York and food science in Honolulu, Hawaii. I feel that it is an obligation to spread my knowledge and shed light on the ability of self-healing that each and every one of us have.

My course work with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) included individual focuses on practical lifestyle management techniques and exceptionally innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts. I was introduced to this individualistic approach of teaching by top educators from around the globe. At IIN I was fortunate enough to study under Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My diverse and comprehensive education combined with my personal passion for this particular field has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition and health coaching, as well as preventive health through lifestyle and dietary choices. It is my goal to work with you as we enhance all aspects of your life. I work with my clients to help them achieve beneficial changes that produce real and lasting results.

As a personal health coach, I work one-on-one with my clients to help them procure ideal happiness and wellness through personalized meal plans, dietary guidelines, exercise routines and weekly consults. I am a firm believer in bio-individualtiy and realize that with so many contradicting and opposing "diets" on the market these days, deciding what to eat, drink and do can be confusing and difficult. I help you discover what types of food are appropriate for your body and type. I respect the fact that each body is created differently and take into consideration your personal preferences and lifestyle.

We work together as I help you to identify certain foods to include and avoid within your diet. Together, we determine how to read and understand food labels, as well as how to make the most out of your grocery shop.  Many of my clients come to me with regards to curing prevailing ailments, illnesses and diseases. Other clients work with me to educate themselves further on alternative medicine and constructing a more positive and fulfilling life - free of illness and discomfort. Why wait until it is too late?
