Eating to Activate your Pineal Gland in THREE EASY STEPS
1. Eat alkaline foods that help to balance out your body's pH levels. These foods include Citrus Fruits (such as Lemons and Grapefruits,) Raw Leafy Greens, Fermented Vegetables, Fresh Fruit, Apple Cider Vinegar and Fresh Fruit/Veggie/Grass Juices.
