Little of us know that consumption of minerals is the most important factor when considering diet. Minerals correlate to the frequencies in our life. They are frequencies of our consciousness, frequencies of our light and frequencies of all of the information needed for spiritual life.
One of the worst foods you can consume for the pineal gland (otherwise known as our "master gland," or the gland that governs our third eye is the center of psychic awareness in the human mind) is the meat of another sentiment being. *
Consuming meats (including fish) that have high amounts of mercury and acidic pH levels that affect the pineal gland and ultimately block its ability to function properly. When you consume meat from an animal, you are ingesting the DNA of that animal. Therefore, you're taking on the negative experiences of an animal (abuse, mistreatment and slaughter, pain, fear and anger) which interrupts the ability of the pineal gland to take on its own psychic awareness. Don't be surprised if after switching to a meat-free diet you notice a dramatic decreases in your overall stress levels. Often times, vegans and vegetarians find that because they are no longer consuming cortisol (the stress hormone which animals produce while in the slaughter house,) there levels of anxiety and apprehension diminish.
Plain and simple, meat dulls your senses and lowers your vibration.
The human body digesting meat requires so much vital life force from the body. Your body is so busy attempting to break down this dead meat that it reduces your psychic sensitivity. The consumption of meat also brings a lot of blood down to the digestive system and away from the areas associated with the upper chakras and our seed of intuition – like the brain and pineal gland.
Not only does meat take a toll on your bodies' physical strength and energy force, it also damages us on a spiritual level. Eating the flesh of another animal involves desensitizing yourself to the energy of the dead animal you’re consuming. You must desensitize yourself (wether you choose to or not,) in order to not feel that negative energy. Not only are you desensitizing your physical body, but your mental body as well - in the psychic sense too.
** Other foods that calcify the pineal gland and inhibit consciousness are carbonated beverages, fluoride in our water (and our toothpaste) and pollutants in our air.
Dark leafy greens like our kale, collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens and bok choy are extremely nourishing for the pineal gland. Quickly after consumption, the pineal gland absorbs these properties of the green color from the vegetables and distributes them to the appropriate systems of the body, nourishing all chakras and energy sources within.
